So, yesterday i ate some cereal after i had dinner... i get the munchies after dinner do you? I wanted some fat free sugar free ice cream but i forgot to grab it while i was at the store. So i had cereal..my weakness i did make a healthy dinner tho, i made stir fry with wheat noodles.
Today however, I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day thing on my computer i downloaded it off i tunes ...anyways i did that today with a few extra things like more sit ups leg lifts. Iv ate really good today but on saturday nights we have pizza night, my dad owns a italian restaurant and so every sat he brings us home pizza and i love pizza so much iv grown up on it! But i tend to eat to much ...and then the same on sunday mornings for breakfast.. pizza..so my challenge tonight is 1 slice of pizza.
