Day One.

I ate almost 1,200 calories and got all my servings of fruits and veggies in.  Drinking enough water still a struggle - I drank about 22 oz. of green tea and about 25 oz of water.  I did NOT drink any diet cokes today!

Giving up the Diet Coke was the hardest thing for me today.

Walked over an hour at the mall plus spent hours cleaning out the garage.  (It was so gross LOL)

Didn't get any yoga/stretching in today - tommorrow that will be a priority.
