Day One.

Okay, so I've been dieting on and off seriously for about a year and a half. I had started to see results last year, when I was getting up before school and exercising and coming home and exercising, as well as controlling my portions; so I know I can do it when I really want to. Then I stopped over the summer, as many of us do, and gained it all back and then some. In October of last year, my sister got engaged, which means there will be a wedding. I know it's not my wedding or anything, but I'm still going to be in it, thus in a lot of pictures. I don't want to look back at those pictures and feel ugly. So, I started a strict regimen of working out and portion control. It was working! I went down one pants size. But then I got lazy (as usual) and gained it all back. Now there are 3 months to the wedding, and there is a lot of chaos surrounding it. I realize that my diet and exercise is just about the only thing I can control, and I plan on doing just that. So, here's my deadline: July 18th. My goal? At least 2 pants-sizes. Here we gooo! :-]
