exercise today it will be 2 weeks that I've missed doing it. I've got to go away today but I'm hopeing tonight I can squeeze something in. I haven't been tracking what I'm eatting but still trying not to over do it. I bought a new scale last night. Tired of the old one giving me a different weight 4 times in as many minutes. It's probably a 100 years old so I figured it was time to let it go. You can record your begining weight, your goal weight and it calulates how much you have to lose and each time you use it, it calulates how much you've gained or lost. This morning it was down almost 4 pounds since I was to the doctors on the 10th.
