Where my head is at...

I remember when I could fit a size Large shirt...... about 2 years ago....
Of course Spring is coming and that means, lighter colored clothes and time to shed the layers covering up my bulging gut!! That all means I'm gonna have to buy new clothes, since I plan to lose this weight I'm going to buy them from the thrift shop. I'll treat myself to a wardrobe when I get rid of all this excess weight.
Anyway, I started on some meds last fall & gained 36 lbs from September 2009 to February 2010. I believe most of it came on September to December.
So while I'm trying to lose weight I have alot of factors against me: meds, age, pain, my mentality, lack of will power, food addiction, emotional eating, shall I go on?
I lost 80 lbs about 5 years ago. Back then I was very driven & focused. I can't seem to find that.....however, through the use of this site, I feel that excitement about losing weight & excersing coming back to me. Positive Thoughts = Positive results!
