Thanks holieta for the advice on measuring, I think that is what I will do. Its hard enough being dissapointed by the scales once a week I don't need that dissapointment also.
I bought some whey protein to add to my diet because I am trying the low carb and high protein diet and am always going over the carbs (by 48 grams) and only reaching half the protein. This should help while I am practicing to eat less carbs. It's not as hard as I thought it would be but finding the protein was challenging.I never thought I would be the type of person to eat meat and cheese without the bread and mayo. Also when I eat toast I only eat one and no butter. Big sacrafice for me I LOVE toast and bread and pasta!!!!!!!!!!!!!
