Day 1

I landed on this site after searching for a place where I could keep track of my calories, but not have to pay for much. I've come to a point in my life where I have realized that I need to lose weight...not only to fit into my clothes, but also because my health is important to me. I know that some people say that being *only* 20 pounds overweight is not a big deal. To those people I say this: Oh, yes it is! Just because your life is waaaaay out of control and you're weighing in at 100+ pounds overweight doesn't diminish my need to shed the pounds, too.
So, here's to day 1.
Eat healthy=yes (mostly).
Exercise=yes
Feel good? Not yet, but I'm working on it.
