Totally lost track of logging my workouts/foods. Stayed on track though, working out everyday & eating very healthy. I have not done a weigh in for quite sometime but my husband says he can see a visible difference...awesome! I can feel the difference that's for sure. It's been just over a month since I started, cardio is easier for me now and so is working out. The first thing I do in the morning is put on my workout clothes. I may not go right away, but I know I am going before I take them off. To be honest I don't hurry to get out of them when I get home either, they are a reminder of my good efforts. Even been exercising with this bumb wrist I have, wearing a splint and all.
I just can't wait in another month to see how much better I look and how much better I feel :)
