Back on the Wagon

Weighed myself a couple of days ago.  187.4.  That's almost what I weighed when I was pregnant.  I am mad, disappointed, embarrassed.  I hadn't been to the gym all week.  I went this morning and did 3.25 miles in 45 minutes.  I feel good.  I had oatmeal for breakfast and I'm bringing soup for lunch.  Water, water, water.
