Day One

Nothing is gonna be pretty about losing the 30+ pounds I want to lose. I exercised today waiting for a trainer that never showed up. I used to do a lot of exercising in my younger days so I will figure this out. I have enough information to hurt myself I think

Today I worked legs and chest and put in about 35 minutes of cardio run/walk intervals. I am not eating today. I like to alternate days of eating with days of protein shakes and coffee. I love coffee anyway I can get it but have been on decaf for several years. That is about it for today. Tomorrow is a high cardio day and food.
