Day one

I have lost a significant amount of weight in the last year.  I started off doing it right but fell into depression and lost a lot more.  Because the second half was not lost the right way, all it takes is stress to pile the weight back on.  I am trying to stay focused and continue to lose the remainder of the weight through diet and exercise.  Did I say diet?  I meant life style change because everyone knows if you fall back into old habbits, you end up where you started.  The hard part is finding food that I like that I can still have.  I try to just limit myself because depriving myself only leads to disaster later.  Here we go.....
