a little about my past

all my life i have been over weight...in public school thru high school...when i was in my 20's i was 180 pds border line size 13. i never thought i was skinny enough..well today that is my goal....i want to get back to the 180 or lower..but i would be content at a beautiful 180. my weight sky rocketed about 7 years ago...i met my husband then. during the time we were planning our wedding i quite smoking...and gained like 30 pds..then one month after our wedding found out i was pregnant...altogether i quite smoking for a total of 4 years...and the pounds kept adding up.to the point it was uncomfortable to try to grab something off the floor when i was sitting down...i felt yucky and fat..so i started smoking agian...once that happened i started to loose the weight...no much but i was happy with what ever i lost at that point..and then i found out i was pregnant again so i quite for the second time..had my baby girl...and started smoking once agian about a year after i had her...the only reason i started smoking again is to loose the weight...kinda like using smoking as my diet...(i do not recommend this for anyone) my all time highest weight was a whopping 238 pds..when i would sit on the couch my belly could touch the couch, found it hard to pick something off the floor yet again while i was sitting on the couch..and to get on the floor with my children well forget it...it was a struggle to get up. but i thought i found my way to loose the weight without exercise and diet...and that was smoking...so with in 9 month (up till today that is the 9 months) i was dropping the pounds with out exercise and diet...to my lowest (for only a day) but that was 199.5 pds.  you know onederland... for a long time i was holding a steady 203-205pds and just in the last month i am gaining i am currently 211 or at least i was a few days ago. i used to step on the scale every morning...i have not been on the scale for a few days to scared to see how much i have gained...so now i am trying to get in the healthy weight loss mind set and i do not know if i can do it.
i have also bought the wii and got the wii active and wii fit...also added the dance dance revelition...just so i could add some exercise in my day...and there they sit...mocking me...i work and in my work i am walking all over the hospital...swear i do a few miles in a 8 hour shift...
i also bought some diet pills to see if that would work  and well susprise it has not and is not because i am still taking them...so i am here for support
