As the saying goes "you are what you eat!" seriously! you really are.

You don't have to deprive yourself of the foods you love but portion control and accountabillity of what goes in your mouth KEY.

I know weight watchers points counting and tracking is annoying but when you do it..it works.

I've decided to count calories instead of WW points. I'm lazy so i like the easiest and quickest ways to do things.  If anyone has the iphone...there is a FREE app called LOSE IT. its amazing! It will track anything you want. Your calories, carbs, sodium, etc. Will also track all of your exercise and give you a visual guild of your caloric intake and burn.  There is also a graph that tracks your weight loss/gain.  its really great and its linked with the computer so you can see exactly whats going on as well as being able to add friends for support!

(i like it alot better than the weight/exercise tracking on this website! this one takes too long!)

Be accountable for what goes in your mouth. if you eat that delicious cheeseburger its OK..but don't be surprised if you gain weight the next day... or make sure to work out 30+ minutes longer at the gym for that day.
