fighting boring workouts and diets

I've found working out at different times of the day... trying different classes.. and eating what you want when you want it in small amounts is helping a ton... I've lost over 75 % of what i wanted and i think my body looks better now than it did in high school.. just have about 6 more pounds to go... i just keep trying new things and making even breaking my workouts into 2 workouts makes in easier sometimes... relax and have fun... thats what fitness is about
