Last night i went to the gym and wasn't really feeling it. I usually take all of the classes because i DREAD the treadmill. i feel like a hampster on that thing! Anyway...

The Biggest Loser came on the TV which i generally don't watch unless there is a marathon on lifetime or something got me hooked. Watching everyones struggle working out, and their success and disapointment was such a relief. It was nice to see other people where having the same emotions that i've had. It was nice to know that i'm not alone in this.

The show went on and i was hooked. i thought it was only an hour but it was 2 hours last night! I stayed on that treadmill and as the contestants worked out...SO DID I! i didn't even realize i was working out, or feel the sweat dripping off my face i was in a trance!

1517 calories burned later my body was aching and i was ready to go home. This morning for my weigh in i lost 1 pound! and it was well worth it!

One of The Biggest Loser contestants from season 7 couples is a fitness instructor at my gym and has become a good friend.  She lost 123 pounds in 3 months! while that is a CRAZY amount of weight to lose so fast, her stories, struggles, and weightloss and fitness tips are nothing short of motivating and inspiring.

Since i wrote the post "plateaus suck" i've beat it...and lost 2 pounds!
Comes to show that you can do anything you put your mind to... stay in that mindset and you can do ANYTHING! still more weight to lose but i'm back on track!
