Well I just had 3 days of eating junk food and my protein. Back on track. good news is I stayed within "not losin" instead of gaining so at least that is good. Today i am having protein shake,coffee, and salad . Beyond that I don't know but I have Lean Cuisine in freezer so that could be the answer. I am redoing my bathroom so sanding,painting, and pulling up floors so hopefully that helps with exercise. Also daily housework and if nice out I have lots of outside work to do...So much to do so little time. I do feel good and love my BURN IT UP work out video so I am definately doing that tomorrow!!!!
