Day One

Today is Day One...again... I have tried to diet so many times that I can't count them anymore. This time is different. I keep telling myself that so hopefully this time will be different and I will lose the weight for real. I am newly wed and want to lose the excess weight by our first anniversary, July 18th 2010. This gives me three and a half months to lose 55 lbs. I know realistically I won't be able to lose the entire amount by my anniversary, but I will be super excited to lose 10 lbs a month; and I can if I put my mind to it. So here goes day one...
