Day 1 - A great place to start

I finally bit the bullet. After 6+ month of subscribing to, but not using, WW etools I have decided to try a different route. No more cheating the system by increasing fiber to decrease POINTS values. Calories will be calories and I just need to cut mine back! More fruits and vegetables, less chips and ice cream. This time my goal is to find a lifestyle and eating habits that I can live with. To pay more attention to what I put into my body and to work exercise into my day.
So here's to me on my first day of my new, healthier, lifestyle!!
