It is not necessarily day one of my diet or exercise plan, but it is day one of my blog. I think it will be interesting to see how conscious I will be about the way I eat once I start this blog. My birthday is in about 2 1/2 months and I would love to feel comfortable in cute summer clothes by then. I have been dieting on and off for the past couple of weeks, and I have once again began working out. Two years ago around this time I was at the best shape of my life. I had gotten down to a size 6 and I felt great. What happened that made me fall off the wagon? I want to say it was my new job. I began working at a place with administrative work that required me to sit all day. After the long days, I started skipping my workouts, thus, the weight gain. I am determined to get back to a size 6, and eventually fitter than what I was. To help me reach my goals, this blog will be a step towards my success and self realization.
