So, even though the first week was a little difficult, I made it though. Tomorrow starts week two and I am doing good. The meal and workout trackers have really helped me out. They keep me in control. I can still eat sweets and carbs, as long as I plan ahead and know what else I am going to eat that day so I don't over indulge. I think it is good to indulge yourself every now and then, as long as it doesn't become a reoccurring habbit and get you off your goal. I feel good and that is what matters. No one thought I would get though one week, but I did. No one thinks I will lose all the extra weight, but I will.
