53 and enough is enough I need to get off this merry go around of staying on a diet, and stopping a diet for no reason except loss of will power and what
is will power it just mind over matter, Diets don't work it is finding what works for you! so I have commited to eating healthy whole grains, nuts, brown rice, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables and lean meats. I have stopped
eating bread (and oh how I love bread) and went to flatbreads with more fiber, I have cut out sugar and went to fruits with natural sugar, and quit drinking diet pop ( 2nd thing I love this is very hard I feel myself slipping just
wanting to have a cold diet coke) but I need to stay on track. I also commited to exercise, but only the things that I enjoy doing like swimming, walking my dog, dancing, and hopefully be able to ride a bike this summer
if I can get my balance back and strength to peddal a bike, I need to reword
this its not if I can but will be riding a bike this summer!! (much better) so my journey begins and this blogging is my journal of thoughts, pain, anger, failure joy and accomplishments.
