First Day

For some time now I have been maintaining my weight. I do however want to start to loose the extra from my thighs, my stomach and start toning those area. Also wish to tone my arms because they have gotten somewhat loose over the last three years. I had acquired more muscle on them in a 5 year period due to lifting luggage for my job. I have cut back on eating fast food just recently and had been comsuming fast food for approximately 8 meal out of a week. I do not spend alot of time at home preparing meals so therefor I would grab a quick meal out. My goal is to eat healthier when I do choose to eat out. I also have had a restricted income for the last three years so I really do not even buy alot of food at the grocery store. My budget for food has been approximately $60 to $80 dolloar on a monthly basis.
My plan is to find items that will be healthy for me and fall within my budget plan too!!
