What a beautiful day! Spent some time working in the yard--one of my favorite things. Also where I get most of my exercise. Raking, digging, pruning, lifting, mulching,and all those other joys of gardening. Lots of strenghth training in gardening. Must remember to stretch before and after.
Went over my calorie limit a wee bit but not too bad. The weight is not moving. I'm hopeful though now that I'm keeping track of what goes in and how much I do or don't exercise.
