Easter Sunday was not the best day. Didn't eat in the morning so I could attend Mass (catholic). Came home ravenous but I was able to manage the consumption and stay on target for the meal. Problem was more about staying in the system for the day. Did a half-baked snack of raisins, chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts, dried fruit. It was in a bag and not from a store so I really had no clue on the nutrition so I guessed.

Dinner was good and I stayed within my proscribed caloric intake but I busted my fat %. Hungry makes a good cook so it is really important to stay on the meal plan with small manageable meals during the day.

I start my exercise monday and I'm ready to go.
