Frustrated

I started my diet on Monday, March 15th. I joined our local gym on the 17th. I weighed myself Monday the 22nd and lost 2 lbs. Then the following Monday I lost 3 lbs! I was excited. Well, I weighed myself today and I only lost 1 lb. Pretty frustrating. Especially when I am logging what I eat, when I excersise and I am working hard in the gym. I was hospitalized March 7th and released the next day because I am having problems with my heart. All 5 of my dr.'s tell me I have to loose weight so that's why I joined the gym. Is anyone else out there having the same problem loosing? It says I should be losing 3 lbs a week. That is what my goal each week is and I am going to try my best to do that. I am not even eating the calories that this site says to eat. So, I was pretty upset when I saw the scale!
