Okay -

So I technically started this diet on 3/8/2010 but from 3/8-3/17 I only twice ate more than 700 calories in a day...that took a lot of will power but I know it wasn't healthy.  

Then 3/18-3/21 was my birthday celebration days and I didn't even bother to start counting. But the scale on 3/22 said 167 pounds!!! I hadn't weighed that much in 8 years. 8 years ago I got down to 135 pounds so I am determined to do it again!

I am happy that the tens number changed - down to 159 pounds....but it seems like this diet has completely taken over my life. I am trying that eating every two hours and sometimes by the time I figured out a balanced meal of carbs/proteins/fat & calories get it prepared, clean up afterwards, and eat it's time to find a snack. Little time in between to accomplish anything.

Hard to exercise at the right time for maximum burning too. Supposed to wait an hour after eating then get moving but can't seem to fit that in!! How do other people do this??
