Last night I did my jog/walk (whew! it was a tough one) but I'm happy I just got through it.  Tonight I have another jog/walk to do (a mix of walking and then pretty intense interval training).. but I'm loving the results so far.  I have a flat stomach again (woo hoo) and I feel tiny.  I just want these hips to lose some inches.  I work at a personal training studio and really feel pressure to be stick thin.  I'm not going to do any drastic changes though because I would rather lose these last 7-10 pounds over time doing lifestyle changes that I can keep up.  I think I look and feel great and thats all that matters. Plus my eating is really good lately: im making healthy choices and eating regularly throughout the day to keep my metabolism fired up!

I hope on Saturday when I weigh in and do some measurements that I'm happy with the numeros! :)
