Ok, so......
My son is almost three and i haven't yet conquered all the baby weight. I lost 30 pounds when he was one, (and I needed to lose 45). I did that by counting calories, but then got lazy and let the 30 that i lost creep back on! I'm almost back where i started, and I'm tired of feeling tired and sluggish all the time. Today, I met all my calorie and fat grams, and I feel great. Gonna go have cup of hot tea to kill the evening munchies:) G'nite fitclick.....
