 Getting started on Day 1. My goal is to drink a lot of water today. 64 oz. while @ work.However, I forgot my refillable eco-bottle. darn!! I'll just have to get some bottled water today. Instead of going to the bar for happy hour after work or going home and chugging a beer and eating chips...I am going to hit up the gym for the 30 min circuit workout and then 20 mins on the eliptical.  Lofty goals, but I need to lose 17 lbs before my wedding in Hawaii in July.
