So, today I woke up at 5:30am to get ready to do my Fat-Burning Yoga Video from Yoga Zone by 6:30am. Its a pretty intense 40 min. workout that creates and builds heat from the constant movement between yoga poses. I finished only to get ready for work and make a healthy breakfast. Breakfast consisted of a plain 2-egg white omlette with light whole-grain jelly toast, turkey bacon and an apple. I sat down to have my breakfast because its recommended everywhere, and while I was at it I also made sure to start the Be-Hot regimin from GNC. Each meal should be accompanied with atleast 1 cup of water but I want to go the extra mile so that means 2 cups of water. Lunch was a fruit salad: cantelope, mangos, honeydew melon and pineapples. Snack was 6-10 Dark Chocolate Peanut M&Ms. I have been wanting to try Bikram Yoga, and so I enrolled in a one week trial begining today. Bikram Yoga was intense heat and intense body movements as well as poses, but very much worth all of the soreness. I got home and had a salad (no dressing) with tomatoes, corn and cooked red kidney beans. As always 2 glasses of water and before bedtime I had 2 glasses of low-fat milk.
