End of First Week

Got all 3 workouts in this week.  Doesn't sound like much but I was traveling and still got them in as scheduled. I'm taking it as an accomplishment.  Diet is still week though and I haven't been tracking that.  Will need to improve on that area and would like to add at least one more day in the gym next week (cardio day I think).
