The beginning!

Though I have been working on weight loss for the past four years, I feel like today is the beginning of a new trial...Sure I've said that many times before and ended up not following through, but this time is different. I think I feel more confident that I can be successful whereas in the past I haven't been.

For the past month, I have been dedicated to my work out by putting in an hour a day with 20 minutes of intense circut training and then another 20 minutes with 2 mile walking, and 20 minutes of yoga. I eat nothing but good fruits and vegetables and I sleep well too...Can anyone help me out? I haven't lost a single pound and it has me very discouraged. If anything, I've gained weight. :-(

Easter weekend, I hurt my leg as well, so I'm not sure what all I can do as in cardio besides swimming. I went swimming but ended up hurting my leg further. Any suggestions for that? :-)

Any way, I shall stop blabbering and I thank everyone for their input and help!
