Hello Day One.  It hasn't been too hard today.  Of course I'm craving sweets...my biggest enemy!  I am 27 years old and a mother of two.  My whole life I have been tiny...probably too tiny.  In 2003 I was 105 pounds and a size 0.  I didn't try to be this way I guess I just had an amazing metabolism because I truly ate everything I wanted and never dieted a day in my life.  I quit smoking and started eating out more than I ever have so I started to gain some weight, so in 2007 when I got pregnant I was a healthy 135 pounds.  I gained way too much weight and went up to 202 lbs.  I had a 10 lb 4 oz baby, but that still left me with like 50 excess pounds of weight.  I lost some of the usual baby weight and dieted so when I got pregnant with my second child about a year later I was about 150 some...So now, here I am 5 foot 5, 170 lbs.  My goal is to lose at least 50 lbs, as fast as I safely can.  I have to get past being spoiled and realize that I am not a teenager anymore and I HAVE to exercise now!  I did a lot of exercise today, and hopefully I didn't overdo it so I can continue tomorrow.
