Ok. So today I did the work out and I find myself going back and forth to track what I eat. I actually think twice just because i have to put it up here. so tomorrow I want to do better just so I can see the difference. The only problem is I need a scale. Any ideas and I guess a few friends won't hurt. But anyway. My only concern today nad staying within the calories. What if I eat less. I find myself forgeting to eat then when I finally grab something it's not that good. So that's that.
