Body Building and Losing Weight

I feel like my weight loss is slowing down. Maybe if I change up on Eating and workout I will get back on track. I started to take Hydroycut Hardcore X and Changing calorie intake from 1624 to 1800 then down to 1600. I got a weight bench yesterday and will workout on it. I am looking for some results. Do anyone have any suggestions on a great workout on weight and any other comments. Thanks, Rob
