Day 1.
First a little background information is needed I guess. I am 33 years old. Mother of a wonderful baby boy who is turning 3 in July. I have around 200 lbs to loose to be within a healthy weight range.

I've wanted to loose weight and be healthier for a long time. It's no excuse of course but I'm an emotional eater and my marriage to my husband of 5 years was never very easy. We have recently seperated.  I knew the seperation was coming and had even asked for it more than once but it's still hard on me.

I need to loose weight and be healthier for myself and my son. So this blog will be a combition of my journey to a healthier life and a venting place about things going on in my life.

By my blog title you can see I plan to loose 100 lbs in 1 year...but it's more about just having the energy to live life to the fullest.

Today's  Sunday so no work today. My goal will be to eat healthy, spend some quality time with my son and get in some housework and exercise!
