After 5 consecutive weigh-ins at under 220 lbs, I finally feel like it's safe to celebrate being done with weighing in the 220s. I'm a few little pounds away from my first short-term goal (213 lbs by April 30th). Given that it's just the 18th, I might aim for 210 by the end of the month. Wouldn't that be great?!
One thing's for sure: I won't reach either goal until I get my butt moving. I was hoping to exercise yesterday, but was so tired I could barely stay awake. A 20-minute lie down turned into a 3-hour nap! Oh well, I guess I was tired so I took it as a sign from my body to take it easy. It was nice. I read, watched tv, talked on the phone, and that's about it.
But today's a new day and I feel I have more energy so I'm going to burn some calories. Watch out 210 lbs - here I come!!!
