Day Twenty-Eight

Almost a month has gone by and I am still staying on track with my calorie intake. My exercising needs to improve though. I have convinced my husband to start working out with me at least 3-4 times a week and eating healthier. We'll see how long he lasts withour Doritos and sour cream...haha. I just got some of those Sketchers Shape-Ups so maybe that will increase my calories burned while walking. One of my best friends is getting married in a month and I want to be down at least one dress size by then. Keeping my fingers crossed and my mind on the prize....a better me.
