So yesterday, the 23rd was my birthday. Needless to say, I ate a lot of food in the evening. I didn't feel well in the morning so I didn't have breakfast and even by lunch I was still a little queasy. So, I ate something little (fish sticks and potatoes in the cafeteria, that is all they had that was edible). That didn't sit the best. Anyway, my roommate Rachel took me to dinner at Red lobster, where we both had the shrimp special. I got Walt's favorite and seafood and crab stuffed shrimp. It came with a salad, broccoli, and lots of biscuits. I only ate half of it. Then we went to Walmart and got a fudge kit and a lava cake mix. I had LOTS of chocolate :).

Today, I had a poster presentation at a research symposium. It went well. I went to Panera for lunch (again, no breakfast :( I know I'm terrible.). I had the roast beef kids meal (YUM!). I had some fruit and a cookie at the symposium, but then we went to I-HOP for dinner and I had the onion ring, chicken strip, and mozz stick appetizer basket. I didn't finish it either. Of course, once I got home, I ate the rest of my stuffed shrimp from yesterday.

All this said, I feel like I ate so much the last two days. I normally don't got out to eat at restaurants, it is merely a coincidence that my birthday and the symposium were two days in a row. Next week will prove to be more rewarding.
