I'm still working hard but a little discouraged by the scale. I've been working my butt off at the gym for two weeks and eating about 1/2 the calories I was and I haven't lost a pound! Prior to making these drastic changes I had lost 8lbs. I would have expected to lose 2-3 lbs each week so I'm very disappointed not seeing any pounds come off. I feel good and I'm seeing some more muscle tone in my legs but still 1350 calories a day and nothing! I'm journaling EVERYTHING I eat down to the last nibble I take in.
Maybe this week the scale will show what I feel like I've been doing.
