I am 18 days raw right now. I have had maybe 3 times that I ate cooked food this entire time. The real test was last night though. We had friends over and ordered a pizza. Instead of having a slice of pizza I made collard wraps for myself.

It was weird. Before I made the food I was seriously wanting a slice. I almost had one but I made my wrap instead. After eating the veggies I no longer wanted pizza. Not even a taste.

I'm finding that the more I resist such temptations the easier it gets. I don't feel like I'm depriving myself from yummy food. Mostly because I eat so many fruits so my sweet tooth is satisfied. lol

The cool thing is over the past 13 days I've lost 6 lbs. I feel so good about that! I've been charting my weight on a daily basis since the 12th. I've noticed the highs and lows and it seems to make a pattern. I'll first lose weight then gain a few lbs. Then lose some more weight and then gain again. But every time I lose more weight it's exactly 1 lb less than the time before that.

So basically my weight looks like this:

4/12 187.0
4/15 183.4
4/17 184.0
4/19 182.4
4/21 185.0
4/25 181.4

I think the fact that the high numbers end in .0 and the low numbers are .4 is pretty interesting. I don't expect my weight loss to follow this pattern for the next 41 lbs. However, I if it did then I'll lose 40 lbs in 13-14 weeks. That's pretty motivating. :)
