Lately my weight has been fluctuating. I'll go up one day and down the next. It was driving me crazy until I started charting it. I've been weighing myself every day since 4/12. On 4/12 I was 187 lbs. Today I'm 180.8 lbs. I'm so happy about that! (I'm 5'5" btw) What I've been doing is pretty simple. 1. I'm exercising 5-6 days a week. I'm doing p90x. I haven't been consistent with it this past week. I'm going to try and work harder with it. I also want to add running to my program because I would like to one day run a marathon and I won't get there if I don't run at least 3 days a week. 2. I'm eating a very healthy diet. I'm not "dieting" though. I've instead changed the way I see food. This weekend I was able to eat a collard wrap (chopped up veggies wrapped in a large collard leaf) instead. I was the only one not eating pizza. That was more difficult than other temptations, even with viewing food differently. (message me and I'll go into more detail about what I've been doing) 3. Most importantly I have NOT given up! My weight has gone up and down as I said. When it's higher I try not to get discouraged. When it's lower I pat myself on the back and continue what I'm doing. I haven't been this weight since the end of 2005. That feels AWESOME!
