Last Chance

Hello world. Well I've always been considered young for my age. That's probably because I've always been afraid to grow up. That said, since I got married 13 years ago and with 2 boys ages 10 and 12, I am finally on my way. The only obstacle as far as my body is concerned is that I am 57 years old. I have always dreamed of having six pack abs, but always lacked the motivation and drive to make it happen. One day about 4 months ago I was watching Ellen on TV and she had "LL Cool J" on. She was remarking on how large his arms were and how did he have time to work out to achieve this goal. He said one remark that hit me like a bolt, he looked at the audience and said "HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?". For some reason that has stuck in my head since that day. Our family has now joined the YMCA and I am working out "HARD" every day. I now watch everything that goes into my body (of course I have moments or days of weakness), but I am feeling better than I've ever felt in my life. This web sight really helps me intensify my workout routines and caloric intake. I really want to watch my kids grow up and have families of their own and now I know I will make this dream a reality.
