I've been thinking about doing a different program than p90x. I want to get in shape before doing it. It just kicks my ass every time. Plus it's an hour which I don't always have time for.
So I'm taking some advice and going to start Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I'm also going to run again. I miss running!
I'll probably go back to p90x when I'm a bit more fit.
