My husband left the room where we sleep becuse I hve been snoring really bad, I have put on massive weight and have to begin.
I put down in the calorie counter of what I would like to et and it seems like tons of food but the calories only add up to 816? I think that maay be to little. My problem is night, I can sit there eating all nite long, my goal is to stop at 7.pm. Hopefully I can work this out.
Any suggestions............I am open
