First week almost done

Well I am nearing the end of my first week dieting and exercising. So far so good I just need to keep my momentum. I usually do good for the first couple weeks and then start loosing motivation. I generally loose my motivation when something happens and my routine is broken. I guess I need to learn to make a schedule and plan for little hicups in it. Anyway, I will be moving in a few weeks and I hope that I will be able to keep going strong.
