Week 1

Tomorrow is one week since the start of this and I feel very good with how I have been doing overall. While I don't get in the green every day, I am making better choices with food and am enjoying walking again. I checked into the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels and am thinking about starting it next week or the week after, once I get some strength back. I can put it on my iPOD so it will be convenient to use and the short workouts won't get boring.
