can't remember how to put my exercise down.I only do about 10-15 min three nights a week  I have a gazelle . I dont know if they help you lose anything or not and I don't know if they burn any calories or fat I pull up exercise tracker and all I can get  it to do is bring up  the screen of exercises,so I just give up trying to record it for the nights I do it. my  knowledge of the computer is very limited, I'm lucky I got this far. maybe someone can tell me a simple way of recording my exercises,thanks
