Boy, I thought I really blew it today!  On the way to a scrapbook event I stopped and got a crispy chicken sandwich combo from Wendy's with the intention of that being lunch and dinner since I knew it would use up all my green marks......but then at the event they served lasagna with salad and bread!   I at only 1/2 the lasagne, ate the salad and left the bread on my plate!   So I went over a few fat grams and everything else looks pretty good!  I did have a cupcake that I have no earthly idea how to count since it was homemade (it was someone's birthday at the even and I could not be rude!) so I will walk extra tonight and I'm sure it will make up for however many calories it could have.
