Back On Track

Back to work, back on track, back to routines, back to feeling good about my body. Sometimes I wish I worked 7 days a week, just to stay on track. It seems with each day off, I let go. I eat more than I should, I work out less than I should and feel totally horrible the next day. Oh well, 5 days forward and 2 days back is better than "EAT DRINK & BE MERRY" and weigh 500 lbs.
